~ CLRG Sends Report On CRC
James Early, ADCRG who is a member of An Coimisiun's Rules Commitee and also Regional Director of the Mid-Atlantic Region accepted an invitation from the Director's of CRC to visit their camp in New York last summer. Mr. Early spent 3 days with CRC and by all accounts very quickly got into the camp spirit. His mission... to report back to CLRG on what a typical day at Camp Rince Ceol is like.

~ Irish Dance (HAND) Dancing:
This year we will be offering classes in Irish Dance Hand Dancing... it's the new RAGE! Thanks to fellow Riverdancer and friend, Suzanne Cleary who along with Peter Harding have become a Youtube sensation! And Mom & Dad.... It's a great way to work on rhythm but don't tell them that.

~ School Discount:
CRC is offering a school discount for campers attending in 2011. For every 10 campers that register, the 11th is 1/2 off the FULL tuition price! That's a savings of over $460.00!! If 20 register, then the 21st goes FREE!! This discount can be used however the group wishes so call your friends and make sure to register!
*Multiple sessions for 1 camper do not apply. Campers do not need to be registered for the same session.

~ Grade Exams:
Unfortunately Grade Exams have been removed from the curriculum for Summer 2011. As part of CLRG new rules for dance camps & dance workshops, there are to be no written assessments given to pupils. Since the process of Grade Exams includes a written assessment from a CLRG Grade Examiner, we therefore would not be in compliance and have canceled the class for 2011. |

~ Camp Rince Ceol
is happy to announce that we have been approved by An Coimisiun le Rinci Gaelacha to run an Open Camp for Summer 2011. Registration will open December 1st. Thank you CLRG!
