Camp Refund Policy Payment Schedule - $400.00 deposit required to process Registration. Balance due in full by June 1st, 2009 (for California Camp) and June 15th, 2009 (for New York Camp). - If we fill up, we will notify you and be happy to put your name on a first-come, first served waiting list and offer you a full refund if we are unable to find a place for you. In that case, we'll guarantee your place at our 2010 camp if you would like us to keep your deposit on file. The following are our Cancellation fees: California Camp: $100.00 before June 1st; $200 from June 2nd to June 15th ; $375.00 from June 16th to June 20th; NO REFUNDS thereafter. New York Camp: $100.00 before June 15th ; $200.00 from June 16th to 14 days before camp attendance; $375.00 fee 13 days before camp attendance; NO REFUNDS thereafter. NO REFUNDS apply if a camper should withdraw from camp, during camp session. Scholarships are available; please refer to our scholarship page.
